Client Brief: Double storey side extension to incorporate a most impressive new kitchen/dining/family area. With the new extension going both up as well as around the building, one superb bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe and two new en-suites were added upstairs. The full refurbishment of the rest of the house was also part of the overall project.

Client Brief:  To convert a bomb damaged Oast house and attached barn built in local stone and flint into a beautiful family home with a high end specification. 
Whilst having to retain the main roof using a combination of birdcage and structural scaffolding, JJBC were able to demolish and salvage all of the masonry in readiness for the rebuilding of the Oast. Whilst internally the property was completed to a contemporary high finish, the external stone works was in keeping with the original aesthetics of the building. 
A complete turn key contract finished on time and within budget.

Client Brief: The total refurbishment of Dulwich’s largest original period property, together with the addition of a rear bay that was constructed with the building’s origins in mind.
