Whilst having to retain the main roof using a combination of birdcage and structural scaffolding, JJBC were able to demolish and salvage all the masonry in readiness for the rebuilding of the Oast. Whilst internally the property was completed to a contemporary high finish, the external stone works were in keeping with the original aesthetics of the building. 
A complete turn key contract finished on time and within budget.
