A 3-storey period building in central Sevenoaks was completely renovated and refurbished to create a stunning commercial space comprising a large open plan studio, meeting rooms, kitchen area, contemporary WCs and a lounge area. The works included completely reconfiguring and opening up each floor, in particular removing the first floor ceiling to enable an impressive double-height space, adding 2 large roof lights over the studio space.
