An extensive renovation programme to the entire building from basement level to the fourth floor. We worked closely with the House Master, Bursar and Surveyor and all associated contractors to successfully carry out the project to a tight budget and strict timeline.
The works included:

• A complete overhaul of all windows and doors
• A new commercial kitchen was designed, supplied and installed to the basement area
• The top two floors were completely gutted and refurbished to accommodate the boarders; this included all bathrooms, dormitories, common areas and hallways
• A full M&E package including new heating services and pipework
• New plant room and all associated works and services
• A complete electrical rewiring install was required, including installing a commercial fire and sprinkler system
• Fire escape doors, fire exit stairwells and alarm systems were all renewed/overhauled
