The total refurbishment of one of Dulwich’s largest original period properties, together with the addition of a new rear bay and orangery, that was constructed with the building’s origins in mind. A specific project requirement was to keep or restore any of the original features found in the house such as specialist cornicing work, fireplaces and other decorative finishes. The entire property was re-wired, re-plumbed and totally refurbished for the new incoming Headmaster and his family. This included a total overhaul of all windows and doors and new roof coverings.
