Grade II Listed terraced property in conservation area:

Full refurbishment of the existing Grade II property, plus a two story rear extension, rebuild of front lower ground floor lightwell and formation of opening. A basement was created to house a new seating area, kitchen, WC, office and stunning coffee station. The works included removing the entire roof and all four internal walls whilst keeping the terraced house structurally sound by using the combination of a scaffold birdcage and strutting.
