Founded in 1976 by John Brooks, JJ Brooks Construction Ltd (JJBC) is a privately owned, multi-disciplined main contractor based near Sevenoaks, Kent. We deliver high-quality construction projects across Kent, London and the South East, offering a comprehensive, fully integrated construction service that combines strategic planning, meticulous project management and exceptional build quality from concept through to completion and aftercare.

As an established main contractor with decades of experience, we undertake large-scale construction, refurbishment and renovation projects across key sectors including Education, Commercial and High-end private residences. Our work ranges from school and college building works with tight programme constraints, to office and business unit refurbishments, and bespoke residential extensions, basement projects, renovations and new-build homes.

We specialise in the successful project management of complex contracts, coordinating trades and specialist subcontractors to maintain programme control, budget management and quality assurance throughout.
